OVERVIEW:
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of both public and private Children Law matters from initial instruction through to conclusion with minimal supervision, including Care Proceedings, Interim Care Orders, Emergency Protection Orders, Special Guardianship Orders, Adoption matters and Private Children Law cases. You will represent clients at every stage of proceedings, providing expert legal advice, strong advocacy and exceptional levels of client care. Applications are welcomed from Children Panel Solicitors with between three and five years' PQE who hold current Children Panel Accreditation and possess significant experience across both public and private children matters, together with excellent communication, advocacy and client relationship skills.
