The successful candidate will oversee the performance, quality and compliance of external legal providers, using management information and performance data to drive effective case progression, resource planning and service delivery. Previous experience leading or managing legal professionals, together with overseeing the performance of external legal providers, is essential.
You will be an effective communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, balance competing priorities and deliver pragmatic legal solutions in a fast-paced regulatory environment. Experience gained within a public sector or professional regulatory organisation would be advantageous.
