Job Description
Head of Commercial Property | 10+ PQE | Wiltshire | Competitive Salary + Bonus
A well-regarded and forward-thinking law firm in Wiltshire is seeking an experienced Head of Commercial Property to lead its established and growing department. This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior commercial property lawyer looking to take on a strategic leadership role with a clear pathway to Partnership.
You will be responsible for overseeing the commercial property team, managing a high-quality caseload including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and development work, while driving the department's continued growth and success. The role offers significant autonomy, the opportunity to shape the future direction of the team, and the chance to play a key role in the firm's wider business strategy.
Applications are welcomed from experienced Commercial Property Solicitors with strong technical expertise, proven leadership skills—or those ready to step into a management position—and a commercial approach to client relationship management and business development. A following or established referrer network would be advantageous but is not essential.
In return, the firm offers a competitive salary, performance-related bonus, private medical insurance, pension scheme, enhanced annual leave, Christmas closure, staff discounts on legal services, and genuine long-term progression to Partnership within a supportive and collaborative environment.
