REAL ESTATE LITIGATION SOLICITOR, NQ-3 PQE, LONDON, £75,000 - £85,000 DOE – Join a leading national law firm with a reputation for delivering exceptional legal services.   • You will manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision while supporting senior lawyers on high-value, technically complex real estate litigation matters. The role offers exposure to a broad range of contentious property work, including landlord and tenant disputes, rights of light, restrictive covenants, mines and minerals, easements, boundary disputes, and possession claims.
  • You will draft a wide range of legal documentation, including pleadings, witness statements, lease notices, and other court documents, while preparing matters for hearings, mediations, and trials. The role will involve instructing counsel, supporting clients throughout the dispute resolution process, engaging in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution, and providing commercially focused, pragmatic advice to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with between NQ and 3 years' PQE and experience in real estate or property litigation. Experience advising on rights of light, mines and minerals, development or asset management disputes would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • You will possess excellent communication and client relationship management skills, strong commercial awareness, and a practical approach to resolving disputes. An interest in business development and building long-term client relationships will be highly regarded.
