Head of Private Client | Gloucestershire | Hybrid Working | Competitive Salary & Benefits
A highly regarded Gloucestershire law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Head of Private Client to lead its established and growing department. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior solicitor seeking a leadership role within a supportive, ambitious, and forward-thinking practice.
The successful candidate will oversee and develop the Private Client team while maintaining their own caseload of quality work, including:
• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Trusts
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Inheritance Tax planning and advice
Alongside fee-earning responsibilities, you will supervise and mentor junior team members, drive departmental growth, contribute to business development activities, and help strengthen existing client relationships.
Requirements:
• Qualified Solicitor with 7+ years' PQE in Private Client
• Strong technical expertise across all aspects of Private Client work
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Excellent client relationship and business development skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload while leading a team
