JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor

LOCATION: Greater Manchester
SALARY: Up to £55,000 (DOE)
THE ROLE:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a busy and well established wills & probate department. Working within a friendly and supportive team, you will manage your own developing caseload of private client matters, advising clients on wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate, estate administration and Court of Protection matters. You will meet with clients both in the office and at their homes or care settings, prepare legal documentation, submit applications to the probate registry and manage matters through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity to build on your existing experience while developing your career within a fast-paced and highly regarded private client team.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Newly Qualified Solicitors with experience gained within a private client or wills & probate department. You will possess a sound understanding of wills, lasting powers of attorney and estate administration together with excellent communication, organisational and client care skills. A desire to work towards STEP qualification would be advantageous. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, proactive and committed to delivering exceptional client service whilst developing their technical expertise within a supportive environment. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use would be preferred.
