Job Description
Commercial Property Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Wiltshire, £65,000+ (DOE) - We are seeking an ambitious Property Solicitor to join our well-established and highly regarded property team in Wiltshire. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality, intellectually stimulating matters while building long-term relationships with a prestigious client base. REF:4693.
THE ROLE:
• As part of this impressive specialist property team, you will advise private clients on a broad range of rural and commercial property transactions.
• The work is varied, challenging, and often involves high-value assets and complex legal structures.
• Handling the acquisition, disposal and leasing of farms, estates, rural businesses and other significant landholdings.
• Working on matters involving development opportunities, option agreements, promotion agreements, conditional contracts, joint ventures, land restructures and other bespoke arrangements.
• Acting as the principal point of contact for clients, delivering practical, commercially focused legal advice and maintaining strong, lasting relationships.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Property Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE with experience in commercial property, rural property, or agricultural land transactions.
• You will be confident managing complex matters independently, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy developing trusted relationships with clients.
