Employment Solicitor, 2–4 Years’ PQE, Devon, Hybrid Working, Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join a well-established law firm. • Join a successful Employment team acting for a diverse client base ranging from SMEs to larger national businesses across a variety of sectors.
• The appointed Solicitor will advise clients on a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious Employment Law matters, providing commercially focused and practical legal solutions.
• You will manage a varied caseload including day to day HR and employment advice, drafting employment contracts, policies and procedures, disciplinary and grievance matters, redundancies, TUPE transfers, restructures, settlement agreements and Employment Tribunal claims.
• Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives with around 2–4 years' PQE and experience advising employers on Employment Law matters.
