LITIGATION SOLICITOR, 3+ PQE, WARWICKSHIRE, £40-50,000 (DOE) – Join an established and supportive law firm offering a broad and varied civil and commercial litigation caseload. With a collaborative culture, approachable working environment, and strong focus on client care, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Litigation Solicitor looking to develop their career. JOB REF: 215305368
• You will oversee a diverse and engaging caseload of civil and commercial litigation, tackling a broad range of contentious work including contractual and debt disputes, property and boundary issues, professional negligence, company and partnership disputes, and contested probate claims.
• Take ownership of matters from initial instruction through to resolution, with hands-on involvement across the full litigation lifecycle, including drafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence, representing clients at court and leading settlement negotiations.
• Manage your own independent caseload, delivering high-quality client service while ensuring excellent file management, regulatory compliance, and commercial awareness throughout. You will provide clear, pragmatic, and commercially focused advice, identifying strategic solutions to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients and utilising Alternative Dispute Resolution, including mediation and negotiation, wherever appropriate.
• Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with 3+ years’ PQE and a strong background in civil and/or commercial litigation. You will bring confident advocacy, negotiation and drafting skills, coupled with excellent communication and client care abilities. Commercially minded and solutions-focused, you will be comfortable managing your own caseload, balancing competing priorities, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Additionally, a proactive, solution-focused approach and enthusiasm for business development and contributing to the wider growth of the department will be highly regarded.
• Enjoy a competitive salary alongside excellent opportunities for professional development and career progression, a genuinely varied and interesting litigation caseload, and the chance to join a welcoming, collaborative team where your contribution is valued.
