Private Client Solicitor | 5+ PQE | Cornwall | Competitive Salary + Benefits

A well-established and highly respected law firm in Cornwall is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and personable solicitor seeking a quality caseload, genuine autonomy, and the chance to become an integral part of a supportive and forward-thinking firm.

The role will include:
• Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning
• Probate and estate administration matters
• Trust creation and administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Inheritance Tax and succession planning advice
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

The ideal candidate will have:
• A minimum of 5 years' PQE in Private Client work
• Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate and Trusts
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• The ability to manage their own caseload with minimal supervision
