Job Description
Residential Property Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, West Midlands, up to c£50,000 (DOE) – Join a forward-thinking residential property team where you will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload, backed by a supportive and collaborative environment. JOB REF:5552.
THE ROLE:
• You will take responsibility for a varied residential property caseload, managing matters from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion.
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Managing remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Dealing with new build and shared ownership transactions.
• Providing clear, practical advice and maintaining excellent client relationships.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to progress transactions.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 4 Years PQE.
• You will be an experienced residential property professional with the confidence to manage your own caseload and work effectively in a busy, client-focused environment.
• A proven track record of independently managing a residential property caseload.
• Strong technical knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
