Job Description
Commercial Property Solicitor, Wiltshire, 2-5 Years PQE, £55,000+ (DOE) - This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor who wants to work on a varied and interesting caseload, develop strong client relationships and be part of a team that combines significant experience with a genuinely approachable working environment. JOB REF:5568.
THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a varied commercial property caseload to include acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters and property development and associated transactions
• Managing your own caseload while working collaboratively with colleagues on larger or more complex matters
• You’ll have direct client contact and the opportunity to build relationships that develop over the long term.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with between 2-5 Years PQE.
• Enjoys working directly with clients and developing trusted relationships
• Takes pride in delivering a high standard of work
• Is commercially minded and able to provide practical, straightforward advice
• Is organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of their matters
• Wants to continue developing their career within a supportive team
