Company & Commercial Solicitor | Wiltshire | 3-5 Years' PQE | Competitive Salary DOE
A highly regarded law firm is looking to appoint a Company & Commercial Solicitor to join its friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a strong, established client base while developing your own practice within a firm that has successfully retained its High Street, family-focused culture.
The role will involve advising businesses on a range of commercial matters, including acquisitions and disposals, commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, franchises, agency agreements and business start-ups.
Applications are welcomed from solicitors with around 3-5 years' PQE who are commercially minded, client-focused and keen to progress their career in a collaborative environment.
