Employment Solicitor | 2-4 PQE | Dorset | Excellent Benefits
A respected Dorset law firm is looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor or FCILEx with 2-4 years' PQE to join its growing team.
You'll advise both employers and employees on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including Employment Tribunal claims, contracts, policies, settlement agreements, TUPE, and corporate support work.

• 2-4 years' PQE in Employment Law
• Experience managing your own caseload
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Commercial approach and business development mindset
