Contentious Probate Solicitor / FCILEx | 5+ PQE | Somerset | Excellent Benefits
A well-established Somerset law firm is seeking an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor or FCILEx (5+ PQE) to join its growing team.
You'll handle a varied caseload of contentious probate, trust, and estate disputes, working alongside experienced Partners on high-quality matters with strong referral streams.
About You
• 5+ years' PQE in Contentious Probate
• Confident managing your own caseload
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Commercially minded with business development awareness
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
