Practice Manager | Leicestershire | Up to £60,000 DOE | Hybrid Working
A leading Leicestershire law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Legal Practice Manager to oversee the firm's day-to-day operations and support its continued growth.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, financial oversight, and the smooth running of the practice.
About You
• Previous experience as a Practice Manager within a law firm
• Strong understanding of SRA regulations, Lexcel and compliance requirements
• Experience managing budgets, financial processes, and business operations
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Proficient with legal practice management systems and Microsoft Office
