Legal Administrator

Location: Solihull

Salary: £12.71

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm



We are seeking a motivated and organised Legal Administrator to join a thriving team based in Solihull.



Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to fee earners and legal professionals.

  • Managing and updating client files and records.

  • Using case management systems to maintain accurate case information.

  • Preparing correspondence, documents, and reports.

  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and post.

  • Maintaining spreadsheets and assisting with data management.

  • Scheduling appointments and managing diaries where required.

  • Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and confidentiality requirements.




Essential Requirements


  • A minimum 2:1 degree from a recognised university.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formatting, and basic spreadsheet functions.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Previous administration experience.

  • Experience using legal or professional services case management systems.

  • Knowledge of legal office procedures.
