This is a key leadership role with a clear path to employee RI status and Directorship, offering strong exposure to both Charity/Not-for-Profit and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage and deliver audit and account assignments for a variety of clients, including charities, limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships.
- Work with balanced systems, cloud-based platforms, and incomplete records.
- Prepare draft corporation and business tax computations, with appropriate supporting analysis.
- Plan and budget audit assignments, using analytical review techniques.
- Lead audits and oversee all stages of the audit process.
- Supervise and review junior staff work.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure deadlines and expectations are met.
- Support Managers and Partners on ad-hoc project work when required.
The Right Candidate:- ACA or ACCA qualified (or part-qualified)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a practice environment
- Experience or strong interest in the Charity and Not-for-Profit sector
- Confident using bookkeeping and cloud-based accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Xero)
