Salary: £35,000–£45,000 + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance

Responsibilities:- Identify and win new business opportunities across the fire & security systems sector
- Build strong, long-term relationships with end-users, FM providers, consultants, and decision-makers
- Promote a comprehensive range of services including fire alarms, CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and maintenance packages
- Prepare and present proposals and tenders, aiming to exceed sales targets
- Cross-sell wider company service offerings
What You’ll Need:
- Proven B2B sales experience in fire, security, or life safety systems
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and standards (e.g. BS 5839, BAFE, NSI)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills
- A self-motivated, proactive approach to business development
- Full UK driving licence
