Job Description

Admin Support – Holiday Cover
Location: West Swindon
Salary : £12.50 per hour
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch)
Start Date: ASAP start – until the first week of October

We’re looking for an organised and confident Admin Support professional to provide holiday cover in West Swindon.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Contacting companies who have already inquired (warm calls only)
  • Scheduling surveyors and coordinating appointments
  • Booking in appointments
  • Updating and maintaining CRM systems
  • Speaking with customers and providing excellent support
What we’re looking for:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Confident using CRM systems
  • Organised and able to prioritise tasks
  • Available to start immediately and commit until early October
