Production Team Leader

Pertemps Swindon are recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join our medical manufacturing client in Swindon, SN3. 

• £16.83 per hour 
• Temporary assignment
• 8.30 – 17.00 Monday to Friday 

About the Production Team Leader job 

• Hands on support, Leading and Reporting the daily output and performance for manufacturing processes
• Supporting the daily build targets while ensuring products are manufactured to require specification
• Will identify issues and understand route cause analysis, and advise on or act on an effective inhouse solution.
• Fully understands the quality aspects for each product and ensures inspection is carried out prior to packaging
• Movement of product, packing and labelling, ensuring lot numbers and expiry dates are correct. Collaborating and supporting warehouse activity to ensure smooth operations.
• Works to GMP requirements, can advise others and keep all necessary records up to date (compliance, training achievements, absence levels).

The right Production Team Leader candidate

• Proven recent experience within production Team Leader position
• A background within a medical or other highly regulated manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of cGMP
• Process driven with excellent attention to detail as well as a good motivator
• Ability and willingness to be hands on to drive performance and deliver daily targets
