Pertemps Reading are looking for a Customer Sales Advisor to work with a Self-Storage company based in Bracknell.

Hours: Monday to Friday | 09:00 – 17:00 | 1 Saturday & Sunday each month

Customer Sales Advisors are responsible for ensuring customers consistently receive high levels of service. They provide day-to-day assistance to customers and contribute to the overall cleanliness appearance and overall effectiveness of the operation.

As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for:

Dealing with sales enquiries from customers over the phone and face-to-face
Contributing to the achievement of store financial targets
Identifying and quantifying the potential available from each customer for increasing occupancy and revenue
Responding effectively to diverse customer needs

To be considered for this Customer Sales Advisor role, you should possess the following:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience upselling services and products
Confidence working in a small team environment with lone working
Effective listening skills when communicating with customers
Great customer service skills
