Location: Witney
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Ad Hoc Temporary Basis (shifts available as and when deliveries arrive)

We are currently recruiting for a Container Unloader / Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team in Witney on an ad hoc temporary basis. This role is only required when deliveries arrive, so work will be offered as needed rather than on a fixed weekly schedule.

This is a physically demanding, hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and is comfortable with manual handling duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Unloading containers and deliveries

• Picking and packing customer orders

• Loading and unloading goods

• Manual handling and lifting of items up to 26kg

• Operating pallet trucks to move stock safely

• Receiving and checking incoming deliveries

• Storing products in designated warehouse locations

• Preparing goods for dispatch

• Maintaining accurate stock records and data entry

• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe

• Walking and standing for extended periods throughout the shif

Requirements

• Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 26kg

• Comfortable working on your feet for long periods

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

• Good attention to detail

• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential

• Must live locally to Witney or have access to reliable transport due to the location
