Location: Witney
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday–Thursday 09:00–17:00, Friday 09:00–16:00
Contract: Temp to Perm

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy team in Witney on a temp-to-perm basis, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position and build a long-term career within warehousing.

This is a hands-on, physical role involving plenty of movement, working with boxes and stock, and occasionally handling heavier equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• General warehouse duties, including picking and packing.
• Loading and unloading deliveries and containers when stock arrives.
• Moving boxes and stock using pallet trucks.
• Manual handling and lifting of items up to 20kg.
• Receiving, checking and storing incoming goods.
• Preparing orders for dispatch.
• Updating stock records and inputting data accurately.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised.
• Working with boxes and heavier equipment when required.

About You

• Physically fit and comfortable lifting up to 20kg.
• Happy working on your feet and carrying out physical work throughout the day.
• Able to use a pallet truck or willing to learn.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Good attention to detail and able to follow instructions.
• Looking to build a long-term career within the warehouse and logistics sector.
• Must live locally to Witney or have access to reliable transport due to the location.
