There are many elements to this role which will develop with experience, however the main focus will be to support the team in their daily sales activities through:

Candidate Attraction/Management/Resourcing

• Advertising vacancies across numerous job boards and monitoring response
• Advertising on social media tools to advertise and identify suitable candidates such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram
• Profiling the Cambridge Hub on social media
• Weekly "Hot Job Mailers" to be sent to the live candidate database
• Making/logging phone calls to ascertain and confirm availability, salary requirements, notice periods etc
• Sourcing, selecting and pre-screening candidates for your consultant team, adding them to the system and coding
• Having a consultative approach and being the main point of contact for candidates
• Weekly KPI reporting to the management team

Marketing and Sales

• Complete Marketing calls to potential clients to confirm agency use and collate decision makers and contact details
• Generate leads from candidates
• Weekly marketing mailers to clients
• Identify and book networking events
• Support branch open evenings

Administration

• Monthly completion of car mileage reports
• Stationary orders
• Audit – perm placement file up to date
• Loading candidates on Bond (Key words and Daxtra skills/notes)
• Complete & record client credit checks
• Temp Payroll & reporting
