Key Skills: - Proactively generate and attract high-quality candidates through multiple sourcing strategies
- Conduct engaging and structured telephone screenings to assess candidate suitability
- Perform thorough candidate qualification to ensure alignment with role requirements and client expectations
- Manage and respond to advert applications efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and feedback
- Source candidates using a wide range of tools and technologies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within their CRM system ensuring data is well-organised and correctly coded
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate pipelines and progress for all assigned roles
Requirements: - Prior experience in recruitment, B2B sales, telesales, retail within a sales environment.
- Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication, with attention to detail.
- Energetic and positive approach, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to learning and becoming a sector expert.
