Are you a recent graduate looking to take the next step in your surveying career? An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Surveyor to join a busy, multi-disciplinary property team in Glasgow.
Working within a supportive and experienced environment, the successful candidate will gain hands-on exposure to a range of commercial surveying tasks. This is an ideal position for someone working towards RICS accreditation (APC), offering a clear pathway to becoming a Chartered Surveyor.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of valuation reports and professional documents
- Support senior surveyors with negotiations involving tenants, agents, developers, and purchasers
- Undertake property inspections, site measurements, and contribute to marketing efforts
- Help achieve key business targets, including asset valuation and income generation
- Maintain compliance with Health & Safety and risk management procedures
What We’re Looking For- Degree in Land Economics, Real Estate, or a relevant surveying discipline (BSc or MSc)
- Enrolled (or intending to enrol) on the RICS APC pathway
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
- Full UK driving licence required
Desirable- Familiarity with property management systems or development software
- Previous experience in property negotiations or development feasibility work
