Property Support Administrator Location: Central Glasgow

 We’re working with a leading name in property management who are looking to add a 
Property Support Administrator to their Glasgow-based team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, supportive company that prides itself on doing things differently and offering a genuinely lovely working environment in a modern, centrally located office.
 As a Property Support Administrator, you’ll play a key part in supporting a team of property managers responsible for a varied portfolio of residential developments - from modern apartment blocks to traditional tenements and shared grounds. We’re ideally looking for someone with experience in 
property factoring or a related property management environment, or alternatively, a strong background in customer service or facilities administration with an interest in developing within the property sector. 
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day administrative support to a team of Property Managers.
- Assist with repairs and maintenance coordination, contractor instruction, and progress tracking.
- Prepare owner sales and new owner information packs.
- Manage and update property files, contracts, and warranties.
- Liaise with residents, contractors, and internal teams to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
- Support the preparation of client communications, circulars, and newsletters.
- Assist with insurance claims, arrears management, and credit control procedures.
- Help ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and maintain accurate records.
What We’re Looking For- Previous experience in property factoring, property management, or a similar administrative environment.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with a proactive and positive approach.
- Good IT skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Team player who enjoys working collaboratively in a supportive office environment.
Working Hours & Benefits- Full-time, permanent role (Monday – Friday, 9am–5pm).
