Internal Sales Representative
Location: Southam (On-Site)
Salary: £26,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for inbound sales enquiries via phone, email and website
• Building rapport with customers and identifying sales opportunities
• Preparing and sending quotations
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and following up enquiries
• Supporting the external sales team and liaising with internal departments
• Developing product knowledge and confidence to eventually deliver your own customer presentations and demos
- A confident and personable communicator who enjoys speaking with people
• Someone eager to develop a career within sales
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Self-motivated, proactive and customer focused
• Previous customer service, administration or sales support experience would be advantageous
