Work Planner & Administrator Pertemps are seeking a proactive and organised 
Work Planner & Administrator to join our client’s busy service team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling annual and ad-hoc maintenance, as well as coordinating urgent call-outs and alarm responses.
Main duties of this Work Planner & Administrator rolePlan and schedule annual and ad-hoc maintenance activities
- Arrange and coordinate urgent call-outs and alarm responses
 - Communicate effectively with service teams, suppliers, and the public
 - Maintain accurate records of planned and completed work
 - Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
 - Monitor workloads and resources to ensure timely completion of tasks
 - Support the team with administrative duties as required
 - Escalate issues or conflicts to management promptly
 - Assist in reporting and tracking performance metrics

 - Strong communication skills, particularly when liaising with the public
