Counterbalance FLT Driver
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a busy warehouse and production environment in the Winsford area. This is a temporary ongoing opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual with a valid external Counterbalance FLT licence.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a busy warehouse and production environment in the Winsford area. This is a temporary ongoing opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual with a valid external Counterbalance FLT licence.
Working Hours (Rotating Shift Pattern):
- Week 1: Monday to Friday – 6:00am to 4:00pm
- Week 2:
- Monday to Thursday – 1:00pm to 10:30pm
- Friday – 1:00pm to 8:00pm
- Saturday – 6:00am to 10:00am
- Week 3: Monday to Friday – 7:00am to 5:00pm
Key Duties for this Counterbalance FLT Driver role:
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Moving stock and materials around the warehouse and production areas
- Supplying production lines with materials as required
- Stacking and storing goods in designated areas
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks on FLT equipment
- Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times
Skills & Experience Required for this Counterbalance FLT Driver role:
- Valid external Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
- Previous experience operating a Counterbalance FLT in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Good awareness of health and safety in the workplace
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Good timekeeping and reliability
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to work the rotating shift pattern

- Hourly rate: £12.50ph Shift allowance for noons.
- Location: Winsford
