Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our public sector client's small team in the Mortonhall area of Edinburgh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming queries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
- Managing and organising the department's mailbox.
- Booking and scheduling appointments for clients and team members.
- Coordinating and scheduling work for the team to ensure smooth operations.
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets and internal systems.
- Providing general administrative support as needed.
You should be an experienced Administrator who is proactive and enthusiastic.
