Our client is an established and trusted insurance company, and we're thrilled to announce their expansion into the vibrant North east region. As they embark on this exciting journey, they are looking for talented individuals to join their growing team of Account Executives in Newcastle.
As an Account Executive, you will be a crucial part of their success in the North East. You'll work closely with clients to understand their unique insurance needs and tailor solutions that provide them with peace of mind.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quotations for New Business and Renewals to assist the Branch and be a referral point for the Assistants.
- Dealing with clients over the phone and via e-mail to ensure retention and sales targets are maximised.
- Dealing with queries by email, telephone and in person ensuring that all SLAs are adhered to
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
- Strong team ethic.
- Manage time effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good personal organisation skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Articulate & Numerate.
- Works with a high degree of accuracy in all tasks.
- Full Clean driving licence
- Must have 2 years minimum experience working similar role/or Commercial Motor Fleet Experience.
- Educated to GCSE level an advantage.
- Cert CII qualification an advantage
