As a Marketing & Admin Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting business and customer support managers with essential marketing materials and administrative tasks that help bring products from concept to launch. You’ll be involved in a variety of internal projects and client accounts, working closely with stakeholders across departments to gather information, support processes, and ensure smooth delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Supporting the marketing and customer support functions with admin and coordination
- Assisting in the creation of materials for client communication and internal use
- Liaising across departments to gather relevant data and inputs
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Maintaining accurate records and handling high volumes of data entry
- Adapting to different tasks and responsibilities depending on business needs
- Working independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Occasionally travelling to sites or client locations as needed
What We’re Looking For:- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail, especially when it comes to data
- Comfortable multitasking and switching between varied responsibilities
- Proactive and self-sufficient
- A full UK driving licence is required
