You’re on a Teams call with a client, uncovering how apprenticeships can support their growth. By the end of the conversation, you’ve mapped out a solution that helps them upskill their workforce and create new opportunities and you’ve just opened the door to a long-term partnership.

This is your chance to step into a senior sales role where you’ll manage the full cycle - from prospecting to closing - with the backing of a strong support team. In this role, you will be:
  • Generating apprenticeship starts through proactive sales calls and online meetings
  • Prospecting new employers and developing existing accounts
  • Building strong client relationships and becoming a trusted advisor
  • Managing the full sales cycle - from lead to onboarding
  • Recording activity accurately in the CRM to track progress and outcomes
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
  • Experienced in sales or account management (2+ years)
  • Confident working with B2B clients and decision-makers
  • A clear communicator with strong influencing skills
  • Organised, resilient, and motivated by results
  • Curious, coachable, and eager to keep learning
