In this role, you will be:- Generating apprenticeship starts through proactive sales calls and online meetings
- Prospecting new employers and developing existing accounts
- Building strong client relationships and becoming a trusted advisor
- Managing the full sales cycle - from lead to onboarding
- Recording activity accurately in the CRM to track progress and outcomes
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:- Experienced in sales or account management (2+ years)
- Confident working with B2B clients and decision-makers
- A clear communicator with strong influencing skills
- Organised, resilient, and motivated by results
- Curious, coachable, and eager to keep learning
