Management & L&D TrainerSalary: £35,000 – £45,000
Location: Hybrid (London office – 6 days per year)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a nationally recognised training provider with over 20 years’ experience delivering high-quality apprenticeships and professional development programmes across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Management & L&D Trainer to deliver engaging training across Apprenticeship and Commercial programmes.
The Role of Management and L&D TrainerYou will deliver primarily remote training across HR, Learning & Development, Leadership & Management, and Coaching at Levels 3, 4, 5 and 7, with occasional face-to-face delivery. You will support learners throughout their programmes, providing guidance, assessment, and developmental feedback to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging virtual and blended training sessions
- Support and mentor learners through their learning journey
- Mark assignments and provide constructive feedback
- Monitor learner progress and achievement
- Maintain accurate records and meet quality and compliance standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery
Essential Requirements- Teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, QTS, Level 4+ or Level 3 working towards Level 4)
- Experience delivering training in HR, L&D, Management or Coaching Training Programmes
- Experience in apprenticeships or adult education
- Up to date knowledge of the new Ofsted Inspection Framework
- Strong communication, organisation, and learner-focused approach
- Maths and English Level 2 or above
Desirable- CIPD delivery experience
- Understanding of apprenticeship standards
