Assistance Coordinator – Hybrid Working | Full-Time | Daventry Area

Location: Within 45 minutes of NN11

Salary: Competitive + Benefits

Contract: Permanent | Mon–Fri, Office Hours (with occasional flexibility)

About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and cheerful Assistance Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team. You’ll be helping clients and patients across the globe, often during challenging times providing reassurance, practical support, and logistical solutions.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be working alongside medical professionals and international partners, planning complex travel logistics, coordinating global repatriations, and communicating with patients and their families—mainly via phone and email.
If you’re highly organised, calm under pressure, and love problem-solving with purpose, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Communicating with patients and clients around the world
  • Coordinating medical and travel arrangements (flights, ground transport, etc.)
  • Liaising with international partners and service providers
  • Monitoring global travel news, visa changes, and restrictions
  • Supporting the medical team with logistics and case updates
  • Ensuring all actions are accurately documented
We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:
  • A confident and empathetic communicator (verbal & written)
  • Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
  • A great team player who can also work independently
  • Based within 45 minutes of our office near Daventry (NN11 7JG)
  • Willing to work occasional flexible hours when needed
It’s a Bonus If You Have:
  • Experience in customer service, healthcare, insurance, or travel industries
  • A passion for travel or global affairs
  • Knowledge of international travel rules, visas, and documentation
  • Additional language skills
