This position would suit a Graduate who is looking to start a career in a global business sector, or a candidate that has some medical knowledge with proven experience in Travel Assistance and Healthcare.
The Assistance Coordinator will be working alongside the Medical Team.
Job Responsabilitites:- Provide Assistance and support Clients mainly through via telephone and email.
- Calling patients overseas.
- Complex Flight and repatriation planning.
- Liasing with Partners and Agents around the world.
- Exceptional Planning Experience.
Experience:- Have a keen interest in Travel, or has been travelling.
- Global Affairs -to be committed to researching and staying updated on emerging international travel requirements and restrictions.
- Excellent written and Verbal Communications
- Expectational attention to detail, with strong organisational skills.
- Strong IT Skills, using Office Suite 365 Applications.
- Strong experience in Customer service and client support role.
- Extensive global travel experience
- Good understanding of global rules, visas and immigration.
- Language skills.
- Must have a Driving Licence.
Working Hours:Monday to Friday - Office hours but occasional requirement to assist with cover outside these times to help support our clients around the world.
