The Education Network Chelmsford work alongside five Primary Schools in Thurrock who are part of an Academic Trust. These schools work together to share resources, planning and strategies to better the lives of the children that they teach. Due to employing a shared ethos, the schools are keen to work with one agency to ensure continuity of Supply Staff for their pupils. The schools are in need of flexible Supply Learning Support Assistants who are able to cover daily and longer term contracted needs within EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

The schools aim to provide all children with a creative curriculum that teaches them to become confident and independent learners. The role of an SEN LSA is to ensure that children with SEN within the class are able to access learning. You will work alongside the Class Teacher to help guide and teach pupils, as well as work with small groups of children and on a one to one basis. SEN LSA experience is essential for this role.

What we are looking for:
o Ideally qualified Level 2 or Level 3
o Recent experience working as an LSA within a Primary School
o Sound knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
o Ability to engage and inspire children
o Flexibility and reliability
