Job Description

Hygiene Supervisor – Late Shift

We are seeking a dedicated Hygiene Supervisor to oversee and maintain the cleanliness of our food manufacturing and storage facility, located just outside Maidstone.

As part of the PM shift, you will lead a small team, ensuring that all production areas—including machinery—are cleaned to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out hands-on hygiene tasks.
  • Supervise and support your team in following hygiene procedures and adhering to cleaning schedules.
  • Improve and refine hygiene processes.
  • Develop cleaning schedules and staff rotas.
  • Train and mentor the team to uphold exceptional hygiene standards.
  • Oversee quality control within the department.
  • Maintain accurate records.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in food production is preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience as a team leader or supervisor.
  • Ability to manage schedules, processes, and people effectively.

Shift Details:
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM.
  • Salary: £14.50 per hour.
  • Contract: Permanent.
Important: Due to the factory’s location, you must have your own transport.
