Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced Class 1 Driver (CE Driver / C+E Driver) for a night shunting position on behalf of a well-established and well-known logistics company.
Location: Robertsbridge, East Sussex
Hours: 6:00PM – 6:00AM (hours may vary)
Schedule: Monday to Friday – No weekends!
Contract: Temporary but ongoing placement
Salary: £48,500 per annum + overtime available
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Shunting trailers and units within a busy logistics depot
- Maintaining safe and efficient vehicle movements
- Supporting with general depot operations as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid C+E licence held for atleast 2 years
- Minimum of 180 days CE driving experience
- Strong awareness of depot safety and vehicle handling
- Own transport is essential due to location
- Positive, team-focused attitude
