Job Description
What you’ll be doing
- Serving customers at the trade counter, providing excellent customer service
- Handling inbound calls and processing customer orders
- Supporting warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and stock control
- Assisting with deliveries and ensuring goods are handled safely and accurately
- Working closely with the branch team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or trade counter role (ideally in electrical wholesale, construction supplies, or similar)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
- Willingness to support both office and warehouse tasks
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong team ethic
- Flexibility to work 1 in 3 Saturdays as part of the rota
- Competitive salary of £32,000 per annum
- Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 + 1 in 3 Saturdays
