Warehouse Supervisor Nights

Location: Luton
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Night Shift: 22:00 – 06:00, 7 days)
Salary: Up to £29,400 per year + quarterly bonus potential

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a high-performing International Parcel Processing Team at our Luton Hub. This is a 12-month fixed-term role covering maternity leave, offering the chance to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where teamwork and innovation drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the international parcel processing team to meet productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
• Plan workloads and shift schedules for peak and non-peak periods.
• Monitor and report on team performance, sickness, and absence.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
• Conduct inductions, training, and team briefings.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to balance staffing levels.
• Complete internal and external reporting accurately and on time.
• Perform warehouse operative duties as needed.
• Provide payroll information and support ad hoc tasks when required.

We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised self-starter with:

• Proven experience managing and motivating teams.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Competence in English, Maths, and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in international parcels, logistics, or warehouse operations.

Experience:

• Supervisory: 1 year (preferred)
• Parcel/Logistics Industry: 1 year (preferred)
