Dispatch Operative, £13.00ph, 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, in the Forest of Dean, immediate start available for the right candidate, free on site parking, brand-new facilities.

Are you reliable, hands-on, and ready to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We’re looking for a Dispatch Operative to join our clients team in the Forest of Dean.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately packed, labelled, and dispatched on time. This is a busy and active role that involves regular lifting of boxes with some weight, so physical fitness and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch.
• Completing all dispatch paperwork, labels, and delivery notes accurately.
• Loading and unloading products and packaging materials.
• Maintaining stock rotation and supporting general warehouse duties (sweeping, tidying, manual handling).
• Upholding health & safety standards at all times.
• Adapting to varying workloads – especially at the start of the week when order volumes are higher.

About You:

• Physically fit and comfortable with lifting boxes up to 15kg.
• Able to work quickly and accurately in a busy environment.
• Hardworking, reliable, and takes pride in a job well done.
• Flexible with working hours as shifts may vary with demand.
• Aware of health and safety procedures.
• Comfortable working with animal food products.
