Location: Burton-On-Trent

Hours of work: Monday – Friday 8.30am-5pm

Salary: £38k (Dependant on experience)

Job Type: Full time, permanent
 

Overview: A well-established engineering, fabrication and welding organisation based in Burton on Trent. With continued growth and success, our respected client is now looking to hire a Project Engineer to join their expanding team.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to lead projects from start to finish, working closely with clients and internal teams. You’ll handle procurement, documentation, cost control, scheduling, inspections, and after-sales support. If you're organised, driven, and ready to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Sales, Estimating, and clients from contract award through to project completion.
• Manage all project documentation, including creation, control, and distribution.
• Oversee procurement of materials, consumables, and subcontracted services.
• Monitor project costs, scheduling, forecasting, and liaise with production and inspection teams.
• Handle shipping logistics, compile final data dossiers, and provide after-sales technical support.
