Salary: £14.00 – £17.50 per hour + Overtime + Allowances

Hours: Minimum 45 hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday + occasional Saturdays (5–6 per year)

With over 27 years of industry excellence, our well-established client is looking for HGV Class 2 Drivers to operate their high-spec bespoke vacuum tankers across the UK. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, if you’re reliable, hardworking, and ready to learn, this opportunity is for you. Full training provided.
 
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Driving Class 2 vacuum tankers nationwide
• Operating specialist vacuum and jetting equipment
• Manual handling tasks, including lifting manhole covers and drainage grates
• Diagnosing and resolving service issues on-site
• Conducting daily vehicle and equipment safety checks
• Representing the business in a professional manner at customer locations
• Regular overnight stays (up to 4 nights per week, with expenses covered)

 
What You Bring:

• A valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Current Driver CPC and Digi Card
• A strong work ethic and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
• Flexibility to travel and work away from home when required
• Physically fit with the ability to undertake manual outdoor work
• Minimum 1 year’s driving experience preferred (not essential)

• Overtime paid at £17.50/hour, increasing after 1 year
