Customer Service Administrator

Pertemps Basingstoke have a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join a Global Supply Chain Organisation with their Head-quarters based in Basingstoke.

The successful Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for:
- Providing Customer Service support over the phone
- Liaising with stores to help overcome queries
- Inputting information to an online portal
- Contacting depots around the country
- Directing calls or queries to the relevant department

The Customer Service Administrator will have:
- Previous Customer Service experience is desirable
- Confidence on the telephone
- Great communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft

More about this position:

- Full time
- Paying between £8.50 and £9.00 per hour for the first 12 weeks
- Salary of £20,400 once permanent
