Job Description

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join a leading organisation based in Basingstoke.
This is a full time, temporary role for 2-3 months. This position will involve HR duties but will also include a variety of other tasks so the successful candidate must have a flexible working approach.

Responsibilities for this HR Administrator role:
- Updating internal systems
- Checking accuracy of spread sheets and documents
- Maintain and update employee records with relevant information
- Chasing relevant documentation
- Taking control of trackers and keeping them updated at all times
- Supporting with all HR and Payroll tasks to ensure day to day duties run smoothly
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents when needed

Requirements for this HR Administrator role:
- Must be available immediately
- Analytical working approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience working in HR or Payroll Admin is highly beneficial
Further information:
- Monday - Friday
- 9am until 5:30pm however this can be flexible
- This role is to start immediately
- £14.00 - £15.00 per hour depending on experience
