What You’ll Do as a Customer Consultant:

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
• Screen CVs and match talent to client roles
• Support with client and candidate management
• Help build relationships with candidates and clients
• Learn all aspects of recruitment with hands-on training and guidance
• Grow and expand your client and candidate portfolio

What We’re Looking For

• A people-focused, driven attitude
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Eagerness to learn and progress in a recruitment career
• Confidence in speaking to people over the phone and face-to-face
• Confidence to learn to sell and develop business
• Previous office and customer service experience
